The 22 mm width is a perfect “Goldilocks width” suitable for wide gravel tires, winter road set ups or gearing up for ‘cross season. The asymmetric rim design improves the tension balance by up to 30%, and comes set up tubeless-ready for quick installation.
This stellar rim is paired with the XR2.4 hubset with a steel free-hub. This increases the weight only slightly, while increasing durability and lowering the price.
Like all Rolf Prima Wheels, it is hand-built in Eugene, Oregon.
