Rims: The 34mm tall deep-section, single cavity, alloy rim offers superior lateral and torsional stiffness. Brake sidewalls are CNC-machined for smoothness and consistency. This combination of aerodynamic performance and minimal rotating weight makes the Vigor among the lightest and fastest aerodynamic category wheels available.

Hubs: The Vigor rims are laced to the TdF3.4 proprietary hub, designed and manufactured in the USA. The front hub has a unique 85mm wide flange placement which increases the lateral wheel stiffness by nearly 20%. The rear hub features our Patented Differential Flange Diameter, which doubles the number of pulling spokes and creates a more durable wheel. Both hubs are fully CNC machined and feature oversized axles, increasing the wheel durability and stiffness without increasing the wheel weight.

Freehubs: CNC machined Titanium freehub body has 3 independently sprung steel pawls for a bomb-proof torque transfer system. This system is strong, simple and dependable.

Spoke & Nipple: The Vigor SL wheel set features paired black, 14/17 gauge custom aero profile spokes with internal alloy nipples and nylon inserts, creating clean aerodynamic performance and superior, long-term durability. Our Patented, Jacketed Nipple Design™ and Dish Reducing design™ reduce spoke bending loads and rear wheel dish, increasing spoke life and contributing to a more durable wheel system.

Extras: Rolf Prima Vigor SL wheel systems include custom reinforced rim tape and steel quick release skewers.
